Kindly peruse and acknowledge our warranty terms to proceed with your warranty application.
At EINGP, our aim is to ensure a streamlined warranty claim experience. Please find a succinct summary of our warranty guidelines outlined below for your perusal.
In the event you detect any malfunction or irregularity with the attachment/product, immediately discontinue use and get in touch with our Customer Support Division. Our team is equipped to provide telephonic assistance for prevalent issues, thereby potentially reducing time spent on diagnostics and lessening disruptions to your workflow.
For the rapid facilitation of your warranty claim, we necessitate photographic evidence depicting the issue(s) and the overall state of the attachment. Kindly forward these images to support@eingp.com. It is important to note that photographic proof is imperative for all warranty claims, and the absence of such documentation will render the claim null and void.
EINGP is committed to resolving issues swiftly. We bear the cost of standard LTL freight and ground transport for warranty parts and attachments shipped from our warehouse to the dealer or client. Please note that expedited shipping services like Next Day Air are not included under the warranty, however, they can be arranged at the expense of the dealer or client.
Cylinders:
Our cylinders are warranted for one year. Tampering with or disassembling the cylinder invalidates its warranty. In cases of cylinder malfunction, it is crucial to file a warranty claim prior to any disassembly or repair actions. Warrantied cylinders found defective will be replaced. For claim approval, the defective cylinder must be sent back to EINGP at the customer’s cost. In instances where the cylinder is verified as defective, EINGP will shoulder the cost of shipping the replacement cylinder. Conversely, if the cylinder is found to be functional, the customer will bear the shipping costs for its return and/or the expense for a replacement cylinder.
Breakers:
EINGP’s hammer breakers and post pounders are provided with a one-year parts warranty. Disassembling these items may lead to warranty forfeiture. Before disassembling, contact EINGP for authorization and instructions to confirm warranty eligibility. Damage such as bent or broken tools is not covered under warranty; for further details, refer to the ‘Exclusions’ section.
Brush Cutters, All Models:
EINGP brush cutters come with a one-year parts warranty. Disassembling any part of the cutter, including its blade carrier, housing components, or motor, can void the warranty. For warranty validation, contact EINGP prior to any disassembly.
Grapples:
EINGP manufactured grapples are backed by a one-year parts warranty. Warranty covers defective cylinders, but disassembling these cylinders negates the warranty. Bent tines or hydraulic cylinders are not covered by the warranty.
Hoses, Couplers, Hose Routing, and Connections:
EINGP supplies hoses suitable for most machines, but cannot assure the length will be appropriate for every machine or routing due to varying manufacturer configurations. The end user is responsible for modifying the hose length to fit their specific machine and ensuring that the hoses are routed to avoid entanglement, pinching, or damage during operation. EINGP is not responsible for damage to hoses or couplers caused by improper routing. Most attachments come with standard couplers, though some attachments may have couplers sold separately. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure compatibility of the couplers with their machine.
Hydraulic Motors:
EINGP products equipped with hydraulic motors have a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Disassembly of the motor voids this warranty. In the event of motor issues, a warranty claim must be filed before disassembly to maintain warranty validity. Our support team will provide guidance on motor diagnostics. Motors under warranty will be replaced if found defective. Blown seals are not considered a product defect and are not covered under warranty.
Stump Grinders:
EINGP Stump Grinders are covered by a one-year warranty for parts and labor*. Any disassembly of the grinder, including its housing components and motor, may result in warranty voidance. Contact EINGP for authorization before disassembly to ensure warranty coverage. Broken teeth are not included under warranty coverage.
Sheds/Shelters:
EINGP sheds and shelters are warranted for one year against manufacturing defects. Any alterations to the shed/shelter will invalidate the warranty. Failure to follow installation instructions as per the manual will also void the warranty. These structures are designed for temporary outdoor storage and are not engineered to withstand heavy snow or wind loads. It is the responsibility of the user to determine their suitability for specific weather conditions, particularly in areas prone to severe weather.
Other Attachments:
Attachments not explicitly mentioned above carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover bent tines or cylinders, or damages caused by external forces like weather. Wear components such as blades, teeth, shanks, cutting edges, PTO shafts, and hoses are considered standard wear items and are not covered under warranty unless due to a manufacturing defect. Any modifications or alterations may void the warranty. EINGP reserves the right to reject any warranty claim at their discretion.
Ownership:
The warranty is applicable solely to products purchased via www.eingp.com and its authorized dealers, with proof of purchase. EINGP does not extend warranties to products purchased from third-party sources, including but not limited to auction houses. Products bought at auctions, whether “new in box” or not, are not covered under our retailer’s warranty and are sold as-is.
*In no event shall EINGP, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be held liable for any type of injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, savings, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any EINGP product. This disclaimer applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability may be asserted, including contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
